Apple, a Cupertino-based tech giant, launched the Apple Pencil amid the speculations of the new iPads. While users eagerly wait for the new tablets, Mark Gurman, a reliable name for Apple-related leaks before launch, claims that Apple could introduce a new iMac (24-inch) this month.

For the unversed, the tech giant's M1-powered iMac has been awaiting a refresh since April 2021, which calculates to a wait time of over 900 days. Gurman added that the extended due was never a plan in Apple's book. He claims there was a roadmap to introduce a new Pro version of the 24-inch iMac with a bigger screen and M2 chip, which could have been named "iMac Pro."

The journalist claims sources tell him that a Mac-focused event could happen at the end of October. Hence, Apple could introduce a new iMac 2023 model on October 30 or 31. Are New 2023 iPads Still On Track For A Release?

Unlike the usual October month, the Bloomberg correspondent claims the quarterly earnings call is scheduled for November 2. The trend was last breached in 2018. In that year, iPad and Mac products debuted on October 30. Hence, a complete denial of an iPad launch this month is also difficult.

Lastly, Gurman added that an update on MacBook Pro devices is also not "inconceivable." Speaking of the upcoming 32-inch iMac Pro, the new device could debut in 2024 or 2025. The rumoured size will make the AIO the biggest in Apple's history.
