Oppo K13 Turbo Pro 5G: Oppo is set to begin Indian sales of its performance-focused K13 Turbo Pro 5G on August 15, targeting gamers who demand sustained frame rates and cooler thermals. The company is touting the handset as the only smartphone in India with a built-in cooling fan, positioning it above typical passive systems found in this segment.

Pricing, variants, and colours

The K13 Turbo Pro 5G will be sold in two memory configurations: 8GB RAM + 256GB storage at ₹37,999 and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage at ₹39,999. Buyers can pick from three racing-inspired finishes—Silver Knight, Purple Phantom, and Midnight Maverick. Launch promotions include an instant ₹3,000 discount via select bank cards or exchange bonuses, plus no-cost EMIs for up to nine months. With offers applied, effective pricing can drop to ₹34,999 and ₹36,999, respectively. Oppo also plans “turbo speed” doorstep delivery through Flipkart Minutes on eligible orders.

Display and performance hardware

Up front is a 6.8-inch LTPS Flexible AMOLED panel supporting a 120 Hz dynamic refresh rate and up to 1,600 nits peak brightness. Power comes from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 platform, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage—an arrangement aimed at balancing flagship-class responsiveness with mid-range pricing.

Thermal design with active cooling

Where the K13 Turbo Pro 5G really differentiates itself is thermal management. Oppo integrates a 7000 mm vapour chamber with its “Storm Engine” rear cooling architecture and an onboard cooling fan to maintain clock speeds during long gaming sessions or heavy workloads.
