Realme GT 7 Launch: Realme is gearing up to launch the GT 7 series globally, and all three models — the Realme GT 7, GT 7T, and GT 7 Dream Edition — are confirmed to arrive in India. The official unveiling is scheduled for May 27 at an event in Paris, which will be streamed live on Realme’s YouTube channel starting at 1:30 PM IST. Alongside the reveal, the brand is also expected to share pricing and availability details.

What to Expect from the Realme GT 7 Series

Realme has already shared several key specifications and design elements ahead of the launch, giving fans a closer look at what’s in store.

Pricing and Availability (Expected)

While pricing details for India are yet to be confirmed, leaks suggest the GT 7 could cost EUR 799 (approx. Rs 77,400), while the GT 7T might be priced at EUR 699 (approx. Rs 67,700). Sales are expected to begin shortly after the May 27 launch, with the phones available on Realme's website, Amazon, and offline retail stores.

Design Highlights

The Realme GT 7 and GT 7T will launch in IceSense Black and IceSense Blue, with the GT 7T also getting a bold Racing Yellow finish. All models will feature the brand’s IceSense Graphene cooling system for improved heat management. The GT 7 will sport a laser-etched frame with a metallic texture and a specially coated back panel designed to feel skin-friendly and reduce slipperiness.

Display Features

Leaks indicate that the Realme GT 7 and Dream Edition will feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. These screens are tipped to deliver a peak brightness of 6,000 nits and support a 120 Hz refresh rate. The GT 7T is expected to offer similar display specs with a slightly larger 6.8-inch screen.

Performance and Software

Under the hood, the Realme GT 7 and GT 7 Dream Edition will be powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9400e SoC — a 4nm chip with a high-performance mix of Cortex-X4 and Cortex-A720 cores, accompanied by the Arm Immortalis-G720 GPU and MediaTek APU 790.

Meanwhile, the GT 7T will run on the Dimensity 8400 Max, featuring Cortex-A725 cores, a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU, and MediaTek NPU 880. All three handsets will ship with Realme UI 6.0, based on Android 15.

Camera Capabilities

The GT 7 and Dream Edition are expected to include a triple rear camera setup with a 50 MP main sensor (with OIS), a 50 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8 MP ultra-wide shooter. The GT 7T will come with a Sony IMX896 primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. All three phones will offer a 32MP selfie camera.

Battery and Charging

Both the GT 7 and GT 7T will be equipped with a 7,000 mAh battery and support 120 W fast charging via USB Type-C. Realme has also confirmed that the GT 7 will include a dedicated "long-life battery chip" designed to minimise overheating and prolong battery health — although it’s unclear if this feature will make its way to the GT 7T.

With just days to go, Realme has already painted a pretty detailed picture of what to expect. The full reveal on May 27 should fill in any remaining blanks — including final pricing and hands-on impressions.
