Vivo T4R 5G India Launch: Vivo is set to launch its new mid-range smartphone, the Vivo T45 5G, in India on July 31 at noon. The device aims to offer a combination of decent performance and a clean design for users who want a reliable phone without spending too much.

Design and Display

The Vivo T45 5G has a quad-curved screen, a design feature normally found on premium phones. The screen curves subtly on all four sides, making the phone look sleek. It will be available in two colours—white and a gradient purple finish. The back panel is matte finish, while the frame is glossy, providing some contrast. Its design is very similar to the iQOO Z10R, which is not surprising considering that both brands are affiliated.

Performance and Software

Driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip, the T45 5G will provide seamless daily performance with optimised power consumption. Though Vivo has not officially announced RAM and storage variants, it can come in configurations like those of the iQOO Z10R, with a maximum of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The T45 5G will be powered by Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15, along with a new interface and upgraded privacy features.

Camera

The primary camera of the phone features a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor that is capable of recording 4K videos. Initial reports also suggest an Aura Light ring flash, which can assist in enhancing lighting conditions in portrait shots, a feature seen in the iQOO Z10R.

Features and Pricing

If the T45 5G is a rebrand of the iQOO Z10R, it is likely to feature an IP68 or IP69 dust and water resistance rating, which is unusual at this price point. Pricing has not been officially revealed yet, but as the iQOO Z10R was priced starting at ₹19,499, the Vivo T45 5G is likely to be priced around the same.
