Vivo T4R 5G: Vivo has officially announced that its new smartphone, the Vivo T4R 5G, will be going on sale in India on July 31 at 12 PM. The new phone will be a mid-range offering based on expectations and will join phones such as the Vivo T4 Ultra already selling in the nation.
Key Specs Unveiled by Vivo
Before its launch, Vivo has released some official specifications. The T4R 5G will be based on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, which will deliver efficient performance. It will come with a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera that will have 4K video recording capability. One of its visual jewels is the quad-curved display, which will provide a premium feel and appearance. The phone might be offered in two colours—a smooth white and a gradient purple finish.
On the software front, the phone is expected to run Funtouch OS 15 over Android 15, consistent with Vivo's new interface path.
Design Similarity with iQOO Z10R
Interestingly, the Vivo T4R 5G has some design and hardware in common with the iQOO Z10R, which arrived first. From the camera module look and Aura Light ring flashlight to the quad-curved screen, matte rear, and glossy finishes, the similarity is remarkable. The two phones even come equipped with the same Dimensity 7400 chip and Sony IMX882 sensor.
This cross-branding is not unexpected, given that Vivo is the parent brand of iQOO, and rebranding between them has been done previously.
Predicted Features and Price
Should the Vivo T4R 5G be following the path of the Z10R, it could also come with IP68/IP69-rated dust and water resistance, plus configurations that come with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

As for pricing, nothing is confirmed yet, but considering the iQOO Z10R starts at ₹19,499, Vivo’s T4R 5G is expected to fall within a similar range, making it a competitive option in the mid-range 5G smartphone market.
