Xiaomi 14 Series India Launch Expectations: Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is all set to launch the Xiaomi 14 series handsets in the global markets on February 25. The lineup will likely include the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro which were launched in China last year. Plus, the most-premium Xiaomi 14 Ultra may tag along with the flagships during the global debut.

While Xiaomi has not confirmed the update, a tipster on X (formerly Twitter) claims that Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra may launch in India soon. Taking to X, tipster Abhishek Yadav posted that the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Ultra may debut in India soon. He noted that the company could also bring two smartwatches. One of the wrist offerings could be priced in the under Rs 5,000 price category and sport an AMOLED screen.

The other model will likely be on the premium side. While the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro are already available in China, the specifications of the 'Ultra' model were leaked by tipster Yogesh Brar on X.

Xiaomi 14 Series Specifications (Expectations)

Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro could offer 6.36-inch and 6.73-inch OLED displays with 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, both models may sport a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Both models may run on HyperOS based on Android 14. As for storage, the handsets could offer up to 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage. As for the battery, the base 14 and the 14 Pro could offer 4,610mAh with 90W and 4,880mAh with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.

As for the optics, the handsets will likely offer a triple 50MP camera setup and a 32MP front sensor. Meanwhile, Yogesh Brar posted that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra could offer a 6.73-inch QHD+ AMOLED 120Hz screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, Android 14-based HyperOS, 5,300mAh battery with 90W charging, 50MP + 50MP + 50MP rear and 32MP selfie lens. It may offer Leica optics and an IP68 rating.
