Xiaomi has officially announced the HyperOS and it seems that the Chinese consumer electronic brand is now planning an ecosystem for its users. Xiaomi already calls it the ‘Human x Car x Home’ ecosystem and the users will be able to take control of a variety of things surrounding them with the new interface. For those unaware, the company released the user interface replacing decade-old MIUI to a few devices with plans to expand it to all.

As per the company, the new user interface is made on five key pillars including System Level Optimization, Interconnectivity, Active Intelligence, Privacy & Security, and Open Platform and aims to offer efficiency with great performance.

HyperOS Performance:

According to the company, they can provide a speedier experience with up to 14% less latency for complicated operations, 14% less reaction delay, 17% less message delivery latency, and 16% less task switching. In addition, it requires less system storage on devices than MIUI 14, which offers 9.14 GB.

HyperOS More Personalisation:

It offers a redesigned system with lock screen customisations, a revamped control centre with better accessibility, redesigned system icons and UI experiences. The system font also supports over 600 languages, 20 writing systems and over 100,000 Glyphs. The weather application has also been redesigned.

HyperOS Interconnectivity Features:

The company has also announced a variety of interconnectivity features including Home Screen Plus for drag-and-drop sharing between phones and tablets. It also introduces a Shared clipboard, Notes application and more for easy sharing of media files and notes.

The company also introduced Xiaomi Smart Hub, HyperMind and End-to-End security and one smart ecosystem for seamless connectivity between the devices.
