The service aims to offer a seamless experience at diverse touchpoints while offering exclusive benefits.

Xiaomi Priority Club: Benefits
Xiaomi Priority Club offers priority online appointments and faster service at authorised repair points for swift resolutions. Members also get pick-up and drop services in case of mobile repairs. Users can enjoy a two-hour repair guarantee for mobiles, subject to brand terms. Xiaomi flagship users can also claim a temporary standby device to avoid any disruptions in connectivity.

Further, members can take advantage of the half-yearly phone check-ups and software updates to ensure the smartphone functions well in the long run. It also enables the functionality of prompt callbacks from support staff and a tailored chat experience with expert agents, limiting automated systems.
Xiaomi Priority Club: Eligible Smartphones, TVs
The Priority Pass service will be available for Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra. For TVs, the Mi QLED TV 75, Xiaomi OLED Vision TV, and Xiaomi Smart TV X 65 are among the eligible devices for the benefits of Priority Pass.
Do note owners of these devices do not have to pay anything extra to Xiaomi to avail these services. To become a member after buying an eligible device, you can head to the Xiaomi Service+ app and add the device to check for eligibility. Once the verification is complete, members will be redirected to the Xiaomi Priority Club page.
