The political storm surrounding President Joe Biden's health has intensified, with Department of Justice official and former Fox News contributor Leo Terrell alleging that First Lady Jill Biden should face charges of “elder abuse.” Terrell claims Jill Biden knowingly pushed her husband to continue his 2024 re-election bid despite his declining health.

The controversy follows the announcement that Biden is suffering from stage five metastatic prostate cancer, which has reportedly spread to his bones. Medical experts and critics say it’s “inconceivable” that such an advanced condition could go unnoticed for nearly a decade.

Oncologist Dr Ezekiel Emanuel, speaking on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, said: “He’s had this for many years, maybe even a decade, growing there and spreading. He did not develop it in the last 100 to 200 days.”

Terrell Question Jill Biden’s Role

Donald Trump Jr joined the criticism, posting, “What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer, or is this yet another coverup?” Terrell reposted several comments on social media accusing the First Lady of neglect, highlighting the view that political ambition took precedence over the President’s well-being.

One viral post Terrell shared said: “His medical team should have caught this years ago! Shame on Jill & all who turned their heads & ignored this! They are guilty of elder abuse.”

Trump Questions Legitimacy Of Biden's Signatures

US President Donald Trump further stirred controversy by suggesting former president Biden may not have personally signed important legislation during his term. He hinted that an autopen, a device that replicates a person’s signature, may have been used instead. “Was major policy approved without his direct involvement?” Trump asked, casting doubt on the legitimacy of actions taken under Biden's leadership.

Biden Expresses Gratitude Amid Health Battle

Biden acknowledged the global support he has received. "Cancer touches us all," he wrote on social media. "Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places. Thank you for lifting us up with love and support."

Former President also revealed that Britain's King Charles sent a private letter of support.
