Viral Video: In another ‘overly dramatic mayhem’ over food at a popular restaurant in Haryana's Murthal, a seemingly intense fight ensued between people, a video of which was later shared on the internet. The clash involving slaps, ‘feisty plate exchanges’, collar pulling and whatnot, allegedly erupted over a parantha, as per the said post. The video of the same went viral and left people reacting, where half the internet was hardly surprised. Most people dubbed such clashes common and further added it to the list of brawls that recently unfolded over petty reasons at cafes and roadside dhabas. The date of the incident could not be confirmed.

This is not the first time that an ugly chaos over some food came forward, as fights over Gulab Jamun and paneer have repeatedly made headlines in the past.

The video, after being shared, went viral and left people reacting. Most chastised the restaurant and recalled its ‘deteriorating level of services’ over the years, while the rest dubbed such fights common for people in India.

The post was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘KumaarSaagar’. The post was captioned, “War over parathas at the famous Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba in Murthal.” The post was shared two days ago and pulled 15K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “This is the most corrupt hotel. There was a time when this hotel was made for truck drivers but today no truck driver can set foot here. They serve daal in a small bucket which is not enough for even one person,” commented a netizen. “Overrated place, you can get better food in a small dhaba,” added a second person.

“Sukhdev is overhyped af. The quality of food is not up to the standards the dhaba itself had set a few years back. Service is just pathetic. For a normal parantha, the average waiting time is approximately 25-30 mins. Has stopped going to Sukhdev coz of these reasons. Pahalwan Dhaba nearby is a much better choice,” added a third user.
