New-Gen Maruti Suzuki Swift: Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest automobile manufacturer is in the works to introduce the fourth generation of the Swift hatchback in India. The fourth-gen Suzuki Swift has already been launched in Japan and is now undergoing testing in India. The new Swift facelift will bring a host of design, feature, and technology upgrades over its predecessor.

New-Gen Maruti Suzuki Swift - Colour Options
The upcoming fourth-generation Maruti Suzuki Swift is anticipated to offer a diverse range of exterior colour scheme options. In the Japanese market, the new Swift is offered in 13 different colour schemes, suggesting that the India-spec model will likely have a similarly wide selection of exterior colour options. In the Japanese market, the Swift is available in a variety of nine exterior colours that include the Frontier Blue Pearl Metallic, Cool Yellow Metallic, Burning Red Pearl Metallic, Flame Orange Pearl Metallic, Caravan Ivory Pearl Metallic, Pure White Pearl, Premium Silver Metallic, Star Silver Metallic and Super Black Pearl. Additionally, the Swift hatchback is offered in four dual-tone colour schemes which are Frontier Blue Pearl Metallic with Black roof, Burning Red Pearl Metallic with Black roof, Cool Yellow Metallic with Gun Metallic roof and Pure White Pearl with Gun Metallic roof.
Maruti Suzuki has not disclosed specifics about the upcoming new-generation Swift for the Indian market. However, it's anticipated to mirror the design and features of the Japanese-spec model. Therefore, the colour choices for the hatchback are likely to remain unchanged.
New-Gen Maruti Suzuki Swift - Engine Specs
The new-gen Maruti Suzuki Swift is expected to feature a new engine, the Z12E which is a three-cylinder unit paired with a standard CVT automatic transmission. This new engine will be replacing the previous four-cylinder K-Series engine. The Z12E is capable of delivering a power output of around 80 bhp and 108 Nm of torque, slightly less than the current model's 88 bhp and 113 Nm. However, it boasts a significant advantage as it offers improved fuel efficiency figures of 24 kmpl.
