Czech automaker Skoda Auto is set to introduce the 2024 Octavia facelift for all global markets. The 2024 Skoda Octavia facelift will debut globally on February 14. Ahead of the official launch, Skoda has previously shared multiple teasers of the upcoming Octavia facelift and has now revealed the design sketches of the new sedan.

2024 Skoda Octavia Facelift - Design  

In terms of exterior design, the sketches reveal that the upcoming model will showcase revised DRLs that extend onto the bumper. Additionally, the 2024 Octavia will introduce next-generation matrix LED headlights and feature blue interior accents. At the rear, new taillights with interrupted lines are incorporated. Skoda has crafted a notably more aggressive front bumper for the Octavia RS, with wheels adorned with an "RS" emblem. Furthermore, Skoda has confirmed that both the Sportline and range-topping vRS variants will remain part of the lineup.

2024 Skoda Octavia Facelift - Powertrain 

Skoda has not officially disclosed the powertrain options for the 2024 Octavoa facelift, however, it is expected to retain the existing 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine, 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine and mild-hybrid powertrains. Additionally, a plug-in hybrid powertrain, similar to those available for the Kodiaq and Superb, could also be introduced. This PHEV option typically combines a 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with an electric motor.

2024 Skoda Octavia Facelift - Interior

The interior of the Skoda Octavia facelift is expected to undergo substantial changes compared to the current model. Anticipated updates include a larger infotainment system and a host of new advanced technology features.

2024 Skoda Octavia Facelift - India Launch

In April 2023, Skoda discontinued the sale of the Octavia sedan in the Indian market, alongside the Superb sedan. Both models were discontinued due to emission regulations. As of now, there has been no official confirmation from the automaker regarding the potential reintroduction of the new Octavia to the Indian market.
