IND vs ENG, Cricket World Cup 2023: In an interesting incident during the match, Rohit Sharma expressed his dissatisfaction with Kuldeep Yadav's decision not to review a potential dismissal. Kuldeep was in excellent form through-out the second innings, exploiting the spin-friendly pitch.
The moment occurred on the fifth ball of the 22nd over when Kuldeep delivered a back-of-a-length, quicker delivery around leg-stump. Livingstone attempted to pull but was struck on the pads.
Initially, it seemed too high, but replays revealed he was plumb in front of the stumps. India opted not to review, and when the screen displayed the replay, Rohit looked frustrated. He called Kuldeep over and exchanged a few words with the ace-spinner on Chinaman’s decision making.
However, Kuldeep made amends later, dismissing Livingstone with an LBW decision in the 30th over. Livingstone scored 27 but could not secure a victory for England.
