AP EDCET Counselling 2024: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will conclude the registration window for the Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (AP EDCET) 2024 counselling on August 30. Eligible applicants should register for the AP EDCET counselling 2024 on the official website, edcet-sche.aptonline.in.
According to the revised timetable, the institute will launch the web choices exercise for AP EDCET counselling 2024 from September 3 to September 7, 2024. The modification in web choices will be accessible on September 8, 2024. Seats for the first phase of counselling will be allocated on September 10, 2024.
Applicants from the Other Castes (OC) and Backward Classes (BC) categories will have to pay a processing fee of Rs 1,200. In contrast, applicants from the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Physically Handicapped (PH) categories will have to pay Rs 600.
AP EDCET Counselling 2024: Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the AP EDCET counselling 2024, aspirants must be 19 years old as of July 1 of the year in which the announcement was released. There will be no maximum age limit.
Applicants must have received a minimum of 50% marks in their Bachelor's Degree, such as a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Science in Home Science, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), or Bachelor of Business Management (BBA), or in a relevant post-graduate degree, a five-year integrated course in the relevant subject, or an equivalent qualification. Aspirants from the reserved category will receive a 10% reduction.
Those who have completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) with at least 55% marks and have studied mathematics and physics are eligible for admission to the degree.
