CAT Result 2024 Date: The Indian Institutes of Management, Calcutta will announce the CAT Result 2024 anytime soon. Applicants who took the Common Admission Test can view their IIM CAT results on the official IIM CAT website at iimcat.ac.in.
According to the official brochure, the IIM CAT results are expected to be revealed in the second week of January 2025.
However, as per past year trends, the CAT results are released in December each year. The IIM CAT results will be published on December 21, 2023, as they were in 2022.
CAT 2024: Exam dates and pattern
This year's CAT 2024 exam was conducted across three sessions on November 24, 2024. The first slot ran from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., the second from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and the third from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This year, over 3.29 lakh candidates enrolled for the CAT 2024 tests, with 2.93 lakh taking the test. On November 24, 2024, the tests were administered at 389 exam centres.
The CAT 2024 exam pattern has also changed, with the DILR and QA sections each having 22 questions and the CAT VARC segment having 24 questions, for a total of 68 questions.
CAT 2024: Response sheet
The response sheet was issued on November 29th, while the provisional answer key was given on December 3rd, 2024. The objection window closed on December 5, 2024.
CAT 2024: How to check the result?
Step 1: Visit the official website of IIM CAT at iimcat.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the CAT Result 2024 Link.
Step 3: After this, enter the login details and then submit.
Step 4: Now, the IIM CAT 2024 result will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download the IIM CAT 2024 result and take a printout of the same for further reference.
