Re-NEET 2026 Exam Centre: With only 2 days remaining for the NEET UG re-exam on Sunday, June 21, NTA has issued an important advisory related to the change in exam centre in Prayagraj. Due to administrative issues, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has changed the exam centre for affected candidates in Prayagraj and has issued fresh admit cards with updated centre details. Candidates must download the NEET UG admit card from the official portal at neet.nta.nic.in using their registration details.
NTA has further issued an advisory on prohibited items and dress code allowed for the exam day. The exam will be held on June 21, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
NTA Changes Exam Centre For June 21 Test
NTA has released an official notice changing one exam centre in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates allotted to the following centre will now have to report to a new examination centre.
Old centre: Harivansh Rai Bachchan Cultural Centre, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh – 211002
New Centre: Department of Medieval and Modern History, Senate House Campus, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh – 211002

Why NTA Changed Centre?
Following the recommendations of the district-level committee and district administration, NTA has changed the exam centre. Due to ongoing construction work and the unavailability of electricity, it will not be possible to conduct the NEET UG Re-exam at the specified exam centre. Therefore, to ensure the smooth conduct of the exam, NTA has relocated the exam centre to a new centre. Affected candidates have been issued fresh admit cards and are advised to follow the updated centre details mentioned in the latest hall ticket.
WhatsApp Alerts For Candidates
To ease communication between the authorities and candidates, NTA has launched a WhatsApp channel. Latest NEET updates will be sent via the WhatsApp number with a blue verification tick. NTA has warned candidates that any message from an account without the blue tick may be fraudulent. Further, it said that the WhatsApp service is a "broadcast-only channel" and that it "will not ask you to reply, share OTPs/personal details, or pay".
