NID DAT Prelims 2026 Result Out: The National Institute of Design (NID) has announced the NID Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Prelims results 2026 at admissions.nid.edu. Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Design (BDes) program can download the result using their registered email address and date of birth. Shortlisted candidates will be eligible for the NID Mains exam. It includes a Studio Test and Personal Interaction (conducted in person).

You can follow the given instructions to download the prelims results from the official portal.

Step 1: Go to the official portal at admissions.nid.edu.

Step 2: Click on the “NID DAT Prelims 2026 Result” link.

Step 3: In the login window, enter your registered email address and date of birth. 

Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen. 

Step 5: Download and print the results.

NID DAT Prelims Result 2026: Re-Checking Process

The authorities have also opened the re-checking window today, April 2, 2026, along with the result link. It will remain open till April 04, 2026, 11:59 PM. Candidates who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for re-checking within this time period. Further details regarding the re-evaluation process and updated results will be provided by the authorities.
