SSC GD 2025 Notification: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was going to release the General Duty (GD) constable recruitment 2024 notification on August 27. However, the SSC Commission has provided an update indicating that the notice has been postponed. According to the updated schedule, the SSC GD 2025 announcement will now be released on September 5, 2024. Interested and qualified applicants can apply for the SSC GD 2025 recruitment via the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in.
The SSC GD 2025 official notice read, “As per the tentative calendar of the Examinations for the year 2024-2025, Notice of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2025 for inviting Online Applications from the aspiring candidates was scheduled to be published on the website of the Commission on 27.08.2024. However, due to administrative reasons, Notice of the said Exam will now be issued on 05.09.2024.”
The official notification will include detailed information on the SSC GD 2025 qualifying criteria. According to prior trends, applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18 to 23. To be eligible for SSC GD 2024 recruitment, the applicant must also have cleared the Class 10 test from any recognised board.
SSC GD 2025: Selection process and posts
The SSC GD 2025 selection procedure consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT), a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), a Physical Standard Test (PST), and a medical assessment. The following roles will be available under the SSC GD 2025 recruiting drive.
* Constable (General Duty) in Border Security Force (BSF)
* Central Industrial Security Force (CISF),
* Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)
* Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)
* Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)
* Secretariat Security Force (SSF)
* Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR)
* Sepoy in NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau)
SSC GD 2025: CBT Exam pattern
According to the SSC GD 2025 tentative timetable, the CBT will be placed in January or February. The SSC GD 2025 exam will be broken into four parts: general intelligence and reasoning, general knowledge and awareness, rudimentary mathematics, and English/Hindi. The SSC GD 2025 test has 60-minute sections. Each segment contains twenty questions. Applicants will receive two marks for each correct answer, with a negative mark of 0.50 for each incorrect response.
