SSC GD Notification 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started the registration process for the SSC GD Recruitment 2025. The deadline to apply for the SSC GD application form will be October 14. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online at ssc.gov.in.
According to the schedule, the last date for paying the application fee will be October 15, 2024. The online application correction window will be open from November 5 to 7, 2024. The Tier 1 exam is scheduled to take place in January or February 2025.
This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 39,841 vacant posts for both male and female candidates. The SSC GD Constable exam is a national-level test held annually to recruit candidates for General Duty (GD) Constable positions in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, NIA, ITBP, AR, and SSF.

SSC GD 2025 Notification: Selection Process
The SSC GD Constable 2025 recruitment process consists of four stages:
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): The CBT will cover four subjects: Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge (GK), Mathematics, and Language (English/Hindi). Each subject will include 20 questions worth 2 marks each, making a total of 160 marks. A penalty of 0.50 marks will be applied for every incorrect answer.
2. Physical Tests (PET/PMT): Candidates who pass the CBT will be invited to take the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
3. Document Verification: Candidates clearing the PET and PMT will proceed to document verification.
4. Medical Examination: Those who pass the document verification stage will undergo a medical examination.
