UPSC CSE Result 2026: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will likely announce the Civil Services Examination (CSE) final results 2026 soon at upsc.gov.in. The final result will be released as a merit list PDF, with the names of the shortlisted candidates for various civil services posts.
Along with the results, cutoff marks will also be released. Selected candidates will proceed with appointment formalities and training as per UPSC norms.
UPSC CSE Result 2026: How To Download PDF?
Once the result link is active, candidates can download the PDF using the following steps.
Step 1: Go to the official website at visit upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, select the result section.
Step 3: Click on the “UPSC CSE Result 2026” link.
Step 4: Open the merit list PDF file.
Step 5: Download the result PDF. Use Ctrl + F (or search) to locate your roll number in the list.

UPSC CSE Result 2026: What After Result Declaration?
Once the results are announced, shortlisted candidates will proceed to the service allocation and training scheduled under the UPSC circular. They must complete their document verification process and other formalities.
The final stage of the UPSC CSE selection process included the personality test. It was held in January 2026 at Dholpur House on Shahjahan Road in New Delhi. The Personality Test was worth 275 marks and did not have a minimum passing score.
