Ezra (Amazon Prime Video)
Directed by Jay K, the film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Priya Anand in lead roles. The story revolves around a newly married couple who encounter supernatural occurrences after moving into a haunted mansion. As they delve deeper into the mystery, they uncover dark secrets from the past. It achieved commercial success at the box office and is regarded as one of the prominent horror films in Malayalam cinema.
Bhoothakaalam (Sony LIV)
Written and directed by Rahul Sadasivan, featuring Shane Nigam and Revathy in lead roles, the film is produced by Anwar Rasheed under the banner Plan T Films. Bhoothakaalam delves into themes of psychological disorders and their repercussions. While the film presents itself as a horror movie, it equally serves as an allegory for grief, trauma, clinical depression, and the gradual descent into madness experienced by the central character. Chathur Mukham (Amazon Prime Video)

Churuli (Sony LIV)
Science fiction horror film directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery and written by S. Hareesh. It features Vinay Forrt, Chemban Vinod Jose, Joju George, Soubin Shahir, and Jaffar Idukki in leading roles. Produced by Lijo Jose Pellissery and Chemban Vinod Jose under the banners of Movie Monastery and Chembosky Motion Pictures, with co-producers Jesto Varghese, O Thomas Panicker, and Naushad Salahudin, the film is based on the short story 'Kaligeminarile Kuttavalikal' from the book 'Mullaranjanam' by Vinoy Thomas.
