Devara Box Office Collection Day 7: Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor’s Telugu action thriller has been performing remarkably at the box office since its release on September 27. The film, directed by Koratala Siva, hit theaters in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. With a production budget of Rs 300 crore, it debuted with an impressive collection of Rs 82.5 crore on its opening day and crossed the Rs 100 crore mark on the second day. Following a strong performance, particularly benefiting from a national holiday, Devara is on track to surpass the Rs 300 crore milestone in India. However, the film has recently experienced a significant dip in box office collections.

Devara Box Office Report

Devara had a strong start at the box office, raking in an estimated ₹208.35 crore in India over its first six days. By the seventh day, early estimates suggest it earned approximately ₹7.25 crore, bringing the total to ₹215.6 crore. The film recorded an overall Telugu occupancy of 18.64% on Thursday, October 3, 2024, with the following breakdown: morning shows at 14.23%, afternoon shows at 19.54%, evening shows at 19.36%, and night shows at 21.43%.

However, in Kerala, the film's collections have seen a notable decline. On its seventh day, Devara - Part 1 managed to earn just ₹3 lakhs, significantly lower than the ₹10 lakhs it garnered on day six. The total Malayalam net box office collections after seven days now stand at ₹1.23 crore.

Devara Carnage has exceeded 405 crores in global box office earnings during its first week and continues to dominate at all locations.

Devara: Part 1 features Jr NTR, Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in key roles, alongside a talented supporting cast including Chaitra Rai, Shruti Marathe, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, and Kalaiyarasan. While the performances have been praised, the film has received mixed reviews, particularly due to its lackluster action sequences and direction by Koratala Siva. Anticipation was high among audiences for this Jr NTR-led action drama, which is set in a post-independence coastal village. The story follows the son of a village chief who embarks on a mission to combat smuggling while pretending to be weak and claiming that his deceased father is still alive.

Produced by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Kosaraju Harikrishna, Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Hari Krishna K, Devara: Part 1 was originally slated for release on October 10. However, to avoid competition during the festive season, the filmmakers moved the release date forward.
