Did Ranveer Singh Replace Shah Rukh Khan In Don 3? Don 3 has been in buzz for quite some time now. Recently, it was reported that Pathaan star Shah Rukh Khan exited the movie and now, according to the recent reports, B-town heartthrob Ranveer Singh has replaced the actor. With this, Singh will be taking forward the legacy of popular franchise.
According to a source quoted by News18, Ranveer Singh has been finalised in Don 3 as the third installment. Shah Rukh Khan has already been apprised of the change in casting. Ranveer, who has previously worked with Excel Entertainment, is prepared to reunite with the company.

According to the sources, "Following Shah Rukh’s exit, the makers of Don 3 were looking for a popular and bankable name who could take the Don legacy ahead. And they have finally zeroed in on Ranveer. This association has borne fruit in the past and it will be no surprise if the collaboration proves to be another runway hit. We’re waiting to see how fans of the Don franchise react to Ranveer’s casting considering Shah Rukh won over everyone with his charismatic portrayal of Don".
"The audience is awaiting the announcement will bated breath. In fact, the video featuring Ranveer has already been shot and the production house is planning to release it without further delay," added the source.
Recently, it was reported that SRK has decided to exit the Don franchise. The source stated, "Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani have had multiple detailed discussions with Shah Rukh Khan on Don 3. Before the pandemic, a couple of ideas were also discussed, which took shape of a script through the pandemic."
