Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is scheduled to hit the theatres on April 21, 2023. The makers recently unveiled the much-anticipated peppy number from the upcoming movie. Titled Yentamma, the song features the Dabangg actor shaking a leg with Venkatesh Daggubati, Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, Ram Charan, and more.
Though the Yentamma song is being loved by his fans as well as followers, a former Indian spinner, Laxman Sivaramakrishnan, criticised the attire worn by Salman in the song. Salman can be seen sporting sunglasses, a bright yellow shirt, and a mundu, a traditional South Indian outfit.
The cricketer headed to his Twitter handle and wrote, "This is highly ridiculous and degrading our South Indian culture. This is not a LUNGI, THIS IS A DHOTI. A classical outfit which is being shown in a DISGUSTING MANNER."

Not only this, but he also pointed out the dancers wearing shoes inside a temple. Asking for a ban on the movie, he wrote in the comments section, "Nowadays people do anything for money. Won’t they research what is a Lungi and a Dhoti. Even if it’s a set, it’s being projected as a temple. People associated with the movie should realise, no footwear inside the temple premises. Appealing to @CBFC_India to consider to BAN this."

The Yentamma song saw Salman Khan and Venkatesh Daggubati twinning in yellow shirts along with Lungi. The song also has a special cameo from RRR star Ram Charan, who marked his entry in the end. Ram Charan, Venkatesh, and Salman Khan looked like a perfect trio, doing the hook steps of Naatu Naatu on the beats of Yentamma.
Starring Venkatesh Daggubati, Shehnaaz Gill, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, and Palak Tiwari, the Fahad Samji-directed film Kisi Ki Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will hit the theatres on April 21, 2023.
