Netflix finally unveiled the trailer for one of the most eagerly awaited series from India this year, titled 'Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar', helmed by the visionary director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Scheduled to premiere exclusively on Netflix starting from May 1, 'Heeramandi' promises to enthrall audiences with its compelling storyline and stunning visuals.

Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar Trailer Out

The trailer provides a breathtaking glimpse into the captivating world of the series, with each frame filled with mystery, romance, and intense drama.

The trailer takes viewers on a journey to the vibrant district of Heeramandi, where Mallikajaan (played by Manisha Koirala) reigns supreme over a prestigious establishment of courtesans. Fearless and strategic, she navigates the intricate dynamics until the unexpected return of Fareedan (portrayed by Sonakshi Sinha), the daughter of her former rival, stirs tensions within the household. Amidst this turmoil, the city itself is in upheaval, as revolutionaries rally for India's independence from British rule.

Bibbojaan (played by Aditi Rao Hydari), one of Mallikajaan's daughters, actively joins the struggle for freedom. Meanwhile, Alamzeb (portrayed by Sharmin Segal), Mallikajaan's youngest daughter, dreams of romance with Tajdar (played by Taha Shah Badussha), the son of a nobleman, and longs to break free from the confines of Heeramandi.
