In a conversation with HT City, Akshay Kumar revealed, “Priyan sir has given all of us a fabulous surprise by offering to direct Hera Pheri 3. What a fabulous start to 2025.”
On his 68th birthday, January 30, Priyadarshan dropped a surprise hint that left fans stunned. After receiving a birthday wish from Akshay Kumar on Instagram, Priyadarshan reposted the message on his Stories, adding a cryptic comment that sparked excitement among fans. He wrote, “Thank you so much for your wishes @akshaykumar. In return I would like to give you a gift. I’m willing to do Hera Pheri 3. Are you ready Akshay, @suniel.shetty & @pareshrawalofficial.”
Now, fans of the duo can rejoice as they are set to reunite once again, with Priyadarshan directing and Akshay Kumar starring in the highly anticipated third instalment of the Hera Pheri franchise.
