Shah Rukh Khan has created a lot of hype about his upcoming film 'Jawan' and the audience's expectations are high after the massive success of 'Pathaan'. The superstar will collaborate with filmmaker Atlee, who has given many blockbusters in his career. As per reports, superstar Thalapathy will also be seen in 'Jawan' but will only have a cameo role.

The prevue of 'Jawan' was unveiled a few days ago and unveiled the film's talented ensemble star cast. The video did not share any glimpse of Thalapathy Vijay which left the fans disappointed. According to a report by Pinkvilla, Vijay will have a special appearance in 'Jawan' and did not charge any fee because of his close bond with Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan.

Atlee shared a picture with Thalapathy Vijay and Shah Rukh Khan on his birthday which sparked the rumours of Vijay's cameo in 'Jawan'. Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Atlee wrote, "What more can I ask on my bday, the best bday ever wit my pillars my dear @iamsrk sir & ennoda annae ennoda #Thalapathy."

Atlee also penned a heartfelt appreciation note for Shah Rukh Khan after the release of 'Jawan' prevue and said that he is living his dream.

Atlee tweeted, "From reading tales of kings to embarking on a journey with one in real, #Chief I guess I’m living the dream I’ve always dreamt of. Thank you so much. This film pushed me to my limits, where I gained invaluable lessons along the way. Your passion towards cinema and the amount of hard work you’ve put in, which I witnessed closely in the last 3 years are inspiring and riveting… Yeh toh bas shuruaat hai Sir. Love you, sir. Thanking you once again for this great opportunity on behalf of the entire team. God is very kind to me!! Thank you, everyone."

Talking about 'Jawan', Shah Rukh Khan said in a statement, "'Jawan' is a universal story that goes beyond languages, and geographies and is for all to enjoy. Credit goes to Atlee for creating this unique film, which has also been a fantastic experience for me as I love action films! The teaser is the just tip of the iceberg and gives a glimpse into what's to come".

Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, the movie also stars Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Vijay Sethupathi, Yogi Babu and Ridhi Dogra.

'Jawan' is a Red Chillies Entertainment presentation, directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and Co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film will release worldwide in theatres on September 7th, 2023 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
