Kangana Ranaut has always been at loggerheads with filmmaker Karan Johar. Apart from work, Kangana and Karan have made headlines several times for their war of words. She never misses a chance to bash KJo and his work. However, it seems like she now wants to work with the filmmaker. Recently, the actress expressed her desire to collaborate with him.
Kangana Ranaut appeared on the singing reality show Indian Idol 15 to promote her upcoming film Emergency. Her appearance caught the limelight as she talked about Karan Johar on the show. When the Queen actress was asked if she would act in a movie offered by Karan Johar amid their controversies and cold war, she replied, "I’m sorry to say, but Karan sir should do a movie with me. I’ll give him a very good role and I’ll make a very good film, which will not be a saas-bahu ki chuglibaazi and which will not be just a PR exercise, it will be a proper film and he’ll get a proper role."

Kangana Ranaut And Karan Johar's Controversies
In 2017, Kangana called the filmmaker the ‘flagbearer of nepotism’ and the ‘movie mafia’. She appeared on Koffee with Karan season 5 alongside Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor. After this incident, the duo has been slamming and taking digs at each other during public appearances or on their social media handles.
Kangana Ranaut's Work Front
Kangana Ranaut is gearing up for her political drama Emergency. She will portray the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. A project helmed entirely by Kangana herself, it boasts a stellar cast, including Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nair and the late Satish Kaushik in crucial roles. The film centers on the 1975 Emergency imposed across the country by the then-Prime Minister and is slated to hit theaters on January 17.
Karan, on the other hand, announced his much-awaited collaboration with Kartik Aaryan. He will produce the rom-com Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri under his Dharma Productions.
