Dabangg is one of the popular franchises in Bollywood, which has had three successful parts. The third part was released in 2019 and since then, fans have been waiting for the fourth instalment. Recently, Arbaaz Khan talked about the possibility of Dabangg. He stated that the movie will definitely happen. However, the timeline for the film has not been decided yet. The actor-filmmaker also said that the timeline might not have been decided, but it will be something to look forward to.

In an interview with Zoom, Arbaaz Khan said, “It’s something that is in the pipeline, but I don’t know the timeline.” Khan also added that questions about the next part are endless. He further said, “So that’s my answer which is a very patent answer because everybody’s patent question is when is Dabangg 4 going to come? So that’s my answer to it.”

“We’re working on it and no hurry. But it is something that Salman and we will discuss and do. It will happen. I don’t know when but whenever it happens it’ll be something to look forward to,” Arbaaz Khan added.

Dabangg features Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey. The first part starred Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan, Sonu Sood, Mahie Gill, Vinod Khanna and Om Puri in key roles. It was directed by Abhinav Kashyap. Dabangg was released in 2010.

Dabangg 2 also starred Salman Khan. It also featured Arbaaz Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Vinod Khanna and Nikitin Dheer in pivotal roles. The movie was released in 2012. Dabangg 3 had the same cast in the lead like the other two instalments. However, there were some new additional cast, which includes Saiee Manjrekar, Kiccha Sudeep, Prabhu Deva, Arbaaz Khan and Mahesh Manjrekar in significant roles. The third instalment was released in 2019.

Talking about Arbaaz Khan, the actor-director was last seen in Kaal Trighori, which was theatrically released on November 14, 2025. The film opened with mixed reactions from the audience and the critics. The movie also stars Aditya Srivastava, Rituparna Sengupta, Mahesh Manjrekar, Mugdha Godse, Rajesh Sharma and Vanitha Hariharan in pivotal roles. It has been directed by Nitin Vaidya.
