Ikk Kudi Box Office Collection Day 6: Shehnaaz Gill’s Punjabi romantic comedy Ikk Kudi is showing strong growth with each passing day at the box office. After starting on a slow note, the film has now picked up momentum thanks to positive word of mouth. Directed by Amarjit Singh Saron, the movie witnessed its best performance so far on Wednesday, benefiting from the Guru Nanak Jayanti holiday. The film also stars Gurjazz, Harby Sangha, Udaybir Sandhu, and Nirmal Rishi in pivotal roles

According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Ikk Kudi collected Rs 36 lakh on day six which is a massive 200% jump from its opening day figure of Rs 12 lakh. This turnaround is a welcome boost for the film. The total collection for Ikk Kudi in India currently stands at Rs 1.41 crore after six days, while the gross earnings (including taxes) have reached Rs 1.66 crore. Made on a reported budget of Rs 5 crore, the film has so far recovered around 28% of its estimated cost. If this positive trend continues through the second weekend, Ikk Kudi could soon be declared a sleeper hit. Despite facing competition from other Punjabi releases such as Nikka Zaildar 4, Madhaniyan, and Godday Godday Chaa 2, Shehnaaz Gill’s comeback film is holding its own and gradually strengthening its box office run.
