Businessman and Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra has once again spoken about the pornography case that led to his arrest in 2021. In a recent interview, he strongly denied all allegations and said he has been fighting the legal battle for the last five years. Kundra also recalled the emotional impact of spending 63 days in jail, shutting down his businesses, and dealing with one of the most difficult phases of his life.

In a recent interview with SMTV while talking with Simranjot Makkar, Raj Kundra revealed that he has always maintained that he is innocent and is willing to accept any punishment if he is found guilty.
He said, "Out of all the accused, I am the one who keeps saying that if I have done anything wrong, then punish me and end this matter forever. But if I have done nothing wrong, then give me a clean chit. I know I have not done anything wrong."
He further added, "I have been fighting this case for the last five years. Even today, I will say that if I am proven guilty, I am ready to take my own life."

In 2021, Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Police over allegations of producing and distributing alleged pornographic content through mobile apps. He spent 63 days in Arthur Road Jail before being granted bail. The case is still pending before the court, and Kundra has consistently denied all wrongdoing.

Speaking about his stay at Arthur Road Jail, Kundra described those 63 days as the most frightening period of his life.
He said, "Those 63 days were the scariest days of my life. There were times when I didn't know whether I would see the next morning. I wouldn't change that phase because it made me the person I am today. It also helped me understand who truly stood by me."

The pornography case is still going on in court and Raj Kundra is out on bail. Now, after five years of maintaining his innocence, he has made a public demand for closure or a clean chit from the authorities, even as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) continues to investigate the app-based distribution racket.
