As the world celebrates Eid, Salman Khan delighted fans with his annual tradition of greeting them from the balcony of Galaxy Apartments, continuing his long-standing ritual on special occasions. A video shared online showed Salman waving to fans alongside his family. He appeared in his signature style, dressed in a loose shirt and stylish pants, while being joined by his father Salim Khan, marking his first public appearance after being discharged from the hospital.

The moment also featured Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Arpita Sharma and Salma Khan, as the entire Khan family came together to greet fans on the festive occasion. Salman shared the heartwarming video on his official Instagram handle and wrote, "Eid Mubarak, Thank you very much for your blessings, Dad is back home thank you."

According to Bollywood Hungama, Salman Khan is aiming for an Eid 2027 release for his next project. Reports suggest he is in talks with filmmaker Vamshi Paidipally and producer Dil Raju, with the team looking to lock the festive window for the film’s theatrical debut.

A source revealed that discussions are underway to align schedules and make the Eid 2027 release possible, with the filmmaker-producer duo expected to revert with a concrete plan soon.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently occupied with Apoorva Lakhia’s upcoming war film Maatrubhumi, which was earlier titled Battle of Galwan. The film was initially slated for release on April 17, 2026, but reports indicate that it has been postponed, with the makers yet to announce a new date. The film also features Chitrangada Singh in a key role. While it was earlier believed to be based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash, the updated narrative now carries the tagline “May War Rest in Peace,” suggesting a broader and more thematic storytelling approach.
