Upcoming Most-Awaited Web Series On OTT: Several popular web series are lined up for their much-anticipated release. From the hit comedy drama web series Panchayat Season 4 to Mandala Murders, starring Vaani Kapoor in the lead to Mirzapur Season 4, starring Pankaj Tripathi and Ali Fazal, among others, there is something for everyone to watch this year. You can binge-watch these web series in upcoming months on Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar, Sony LIV and other streaming platforms.

Upcoming Most-Awaited Web Series On OTT

Panchayat 4

Panchayat won hearts with its simple storytelling, relatable characters and humour. It's set in the fictional village of Phulera and captures rural India's everyday challenges and quirks. After 3 successful seasons, Panchayat is returning with Season 4. The audience is eagerly awaiting what's next for Abhishek, Pradhan Ji, Rinki and the Phulera gang. Season 4 of Panchayat is all set to stream on Amazon Prime Video from July 2, 2025. 

Mirzapur 4

Mirzapur Season 4 picks up where Season 3 left off. Guddu Pandit's (Ali Fazal) control is shaky and insecure. Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) is expected to wreak more havoc in Season 4. So, the audience can expect double drama, betrayal, and twists, with new and the old enemies bringing chaos.

According to a report in Digit, Mirzapur Season 4 will likely premiere between late 2025 and early 2026. The upcoming season will be available to watch on Amazon Prime Video. The official announcement is yet to be made by the makers.

Mandala Murders

Mandala Murders, the Vaani Kapoor-led thriller show, is set to be released on Netflix this year. The series is being helmed by Gopi Puthran and is backed by Yash Raj Films. It also stars Vaibhav Raj Gupta, Jameel Khan and Surveen Chawla in key roles. Mandala Murders follows detectives Rea Thomas and Vikram Singh who investigate a mystery of ritualistic deaths linked to a secret society in Charandaspur village.


Wednesday Season 2

Netflix’s supernatural mystery comedy series Wednesday is touted as one of the most-watched series on OTT of all time. It stars Jenna Ortega as the main character Wednesday Adams and others. The first season revolves around Wednesday Addams, who attempts to solve a murder mystery at her new school. 

Wednesday Part 1 is set to premiere on August 6, 2025 and part 2 will arrive on September 3, 2025.

Bridgerton Season 4

Get ready for a thrilling new chapter in the captivating world of Bridgerton, as Netflix's beloved series gears up for its highly anticipated fourth season! In an exciting announcement made by the visionary team at Shondaland, Luke Thompson's charismatic character, Benedict Bridgerton, is set to take centre stage in the upcoming instalment.

Season 4 of Bridgerton will be out in 2026, according to reports.

Stranger Things Season 5

Season 5 of Stranger Things will decide the fate of Hawkins. Starring Millie Bobby Brown in lead role, Stranger Things Season 5 is one of the most-watched shows on OTT.

If the reports are to be believed, Stranger Things Season 5 will be released in two seasons. The first part will premiere before the end of 2025, while the second part will be streaming in 2026.

Criminal Justice Season 4

Criminal Justice Season 4 is gearing up for its much-anticipated release. The series stars Pankaj Tripathi, Shweta Basu Prasad, Surveen Chawla and Swastika Mukherjee in lead roles. The show has been directed by Rohan Sippy and bankrolled under Applause Entertainment with BBC Studios India.

Criminal Justice is all set to stream on JioHotstar from May 29, 2025.
