Ramayana Teaser Release: The Indian film industry is currently abuzz following the official global unveiling of the first teaser for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. The first glimpse of Rabir Kapoor as Rama unveiled in LA has already sparked a massive frenzy online. Among the first to shower the project with praise was Alia Bhatt, who gave a glowing review of her husband Ranbir Kapoor’s portrayal of Lord Ram.

In a video from a virtual interaction that quickly went viral, Alia Bhatt expressed her sheer awe after seeing the footage. She stated, "Ramayana’s unit is going to be out tomorrow. It is a unit called the Rama unit. I am going to be posting it on social media. Please go out there and support it. It’s absolutely fabulous. I think Ranbir Kapoor has done such a beautiful job, and I just can’t wait for you guys to see it. It’s just out of this world."

Ramayana First Glimpse Launch In Los Angeles

The teaser’s debut earlier this week at an IMAX theatre in Burbank, Los Angeles. Director Nitesh Tiwari, producer Namit Malhotra, and Ranbir Kapoor attended the event, which was designed to introduce the Indian epic to a global audience. During a Q&A session at the screening, Ranbit Kapoor noted, "Ram has been the conscious keeper of billions of people around the globe for centuries and long after. He enlightens us about the human spirit in terms of adversities. He stands for compassion, for courage, for righteousness and forgiveness. He is called Maryada Purushottam, which stands for an ideal man."

About Ranbir Kapoor's Ramayana Movie

Ramayana brings together a powerhouse cast, including Sai Pallavi as Sita and Kannada superstar Yash as Ravana. The film also features a track composed by Academy Award winner Hans Zimmer alongside the legendary AR Rahman. Produced by Prime Focus Studios and Monster Mind Creations, Ramayana Part 1 is slated for a massive Diwali 2026 release, with the second instalment expected to follow during Diwali 2027.
