Parents claimed that this was not the first time that Chaudhary had thrashed students; he would often torture students, as the complaints of such incidents were piling up against him.
Chaudhry physically assaulted students in the presence of District Panchayat Vice President Rakesh Sanodia, as Sanodia conducted a surprise inspection and caught him thrashing students.
Following a thorough investigation by a three-member probe committee, Assistant Commissioner Amar Singh Uike of the Tribal Affairs Department ordered the suspension of Chaudhary based on the committee's findings. Chaudhary has been attached to the Block Officer's office in Ghansor.
Vijay Bhalavi, father of the victim, filed a complaint against the Chaudhary. Charges under Section 296, 115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with multiple provisions of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, have been filed against Chaudhary.
