SIR Form Online: Booth-level officers (BLOs) have begun distributing enumeration forms to voters as part of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in all 12 states and Union Territories, following the announcement of the second phase of intensive voter list revision by the Election Commission of India (ECI).

Under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), the ECI has provided the option of an online application form, in addition to BLOs distributing the forms at doorsteps.

This drive aims to register all voters who were missed during the house-to-house survey by Booth Level Officers (BLOs). The final voter list for the second phase will be released on February 7, 2026.

How Voters Can Check Their Name

Voters can check their own and their family members' details on the official website: https://voters.eci.gov.in/. For technical or information help, the ECI Net App offers a ‘Book-a-Call with BLO’ feature. You can also call 1950 (with your STD code) for any assistance.

Step-By-Step Guide To Fill SIR Form Online

-Visit the Election Commission Voter Services Portal or your state CEO portal. The SIR form online link will be active from the start date till the last date (e.g., December 4, 2025, for West Bengal).

-Login to Voter’s Service Portal (https://voters.eci.gov.in/)

-Click On Fill Enumeration Form 2026

-Select State

-If you have a Voter ID card, type your EPIC number, and your details will auto-fill. New voters or those not registered earlier can choose ‘New Form’.

-Enter the EPIC Number (2025) in the given field and click the search button

-CHOOSE CATEGORY

My Name exists in the Electoral Roll of the Last SIR

My Parents' name( Father, Mother, Grandfather, Grandmother) exists in the electoral roll of the last SIR.

Neither my name nor my parents' name exists in the electoral roll.

-Enter Relative's Details (If Available)

-Check pre-filled info: Name, Age, Gender, Address. Make corrections or updates if needed.

-Upload a recent passport-size colour photo (white background). Face must be clear, eyes open, and front-facing.

-Your SIR form online has been submitted. Track status on the same portal.
