Yoga Poses For Fatty Liver: Many individuals experience fatty liver which means buildup of fat in the liver. The major symptoms of fatty liver include a swollen belly, enlarged blood vessels underneath your skin, larger-than-normal breasts in men, red palms, skin and eyes that appear yellowish, due to a condition called jaundice, nausea, weight loss, or loss of appetite and tiredness or mental confusion.
While a proper diet and some home remedies can help cure fatty liver, yoga has impressive benefits. Practising certain yoga poses can help in curing fatty liver naturally and maintaining a healthy liver.

Triangle Pose
Also known as Trikonasana, this yoga pose is known to be the most effective for fatty liver. Practising triangle poses can help strengthen the legs and back, and stretch the inner thighs, hamstrings, calves, spine, shoulders, chest and open hips.
Sphinx Pose
Sphinx pose is the gentlest of backbends and is known to be a relaxing and restorative yoga asana. Also known as Salamba Bhujangasana, this easy-to-practice yoga pose helps to expand the chest and shoulders, and improve blood circulation.

Cobra Pose

By applying pressure to the abdominal organs and igniting the Manipura Chakra, which balances the functioning of the digestive organs, the cobra position is a well-known and effective way to activate the digestive system. Additionally, it works well to reduce bloating and constipation problems.
Bow Pose
Dhanurasana or bow pose strengthens the back and abdominal muscles, stimulates the reproductive organs, opens up the chest, neck, and shoulders, tones the leg and arm muscles and adds greater flexibility to the back. It also helps to alleviate stress and fatigue, relieve menstrual discomfort and constipation and help people with renal (kidney) disorders.
Half Lord Of The Fishes Pose
Also known as Ardha Matsyendrasana, this yoga pose is an intermediate-level seated twisting pose that gives a good stretch to your neck and shoulders. It energises the spine and stimulates better digestion while improving posture.
