Lemon juice is extremely effective in treating high uric acid levels in the body. A 2017 study found that lemon juice of lemon extract helps in lowering uric acid levels in the blood. The high levels of vitamin C in lemon juice help neutralise uric acid in the body. Therefore, you can consume lemon water in moderation for high uric acid.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Another effective homemade drink for controlling high uric acid levels is apple cider vinegar. The anti-inflammatory properties of apple cider vinegar can reduce inflammation related to gout, which further reduces the amount of uric acid in the blood.
