Vivo X200 UltraVivo has officially confirmed the upcoming launch of the Vivo X200 Ultra in China. While the brand has yet to unveil full details, a new teaser from a company executive offers a glimpse at the device’s design. The latest image showcases the Vivo X200 Ultra's thickness compared to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and confirms a dedicated camera button—similar to Apple’s latest flagship. Additionally, the device is expected to feature the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera.

Vivo X200 Ultra Design Teased

Han Bo Xiao, Vivo's Product Manager, shared a teaser on Weibo, highlighting the middle frame of the Vivo X200 Ultra. The image places the device side by side with the iPhone 16 Pro Max, revealing a slimmer design with a distinct "V-shaped" structure. Notably, Vivo has confirmed the presence of a dedicated camera button on the edge, designed to enhance photography experiences.

This camera button, featuring a blue strip, is more than just an aesthetic addition. It supports sliding gestures and functions similarly to a side fingerprint sensor. According to the executive, users can effortlessly operate the button with their thumb, enabling quick access to camera controls and adjustments in landscape mode. Apple's entire iPhone 16 lineup is also introducing a similar dedicated camera button for seamless photography access.

Vivo X200 Ultra Camera & Hardware

Earlier teasers from Vivo have already emphasized the camera capabilities of the X200 Ultra. The phone is confirmed to ship with Vivo’s V3+ chip and an advanced VS1 imaging chip. These additions aim to boost photography and videography performance significantly.

As per previous leaks, the Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO BOE micro-quad-curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it may run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and house a 200MP periscope telephoto camera for high-quality zoom and low-light performance.

The phone is also likely to come with IP68 and IP69 ratings, making it resistant to dust and water. Powering the device could be a 6,000mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support.

Vivo X200 Ultra Launch Timeline
