The Formula 1 drivers have finally shared their review for the upcoming sports movie, titled F1. The film stars Brad Pitt in lead role. Recently, makers held a special screening for F1 drivers in Monaco after which they gave their verdict on the movie. Current F1 drivers, including Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris, were impressed by the film's storyline, while Esteban Ocon spotted himself in a character's cameo. Here is an early review for F1:
According to a report in TOI, Charles Leclerc confessed that the F1 movie tend to get overly analytical in real life, but he was still impressed with it. "The storytelling is really cool and the images are just incredible. The job that the team has done in order to have different angles that we don’t actually see on racetracks is really cool. I really enjoyed it," he said.
Lando Norris praised the storyline and said, "I was brilliant in it and that was the main thing! It was a cool story, I think an inspirational story – it had a lot of different meanings behind it all."
Pierre Gasly said, “I think people are going to enjoy – it’s a real dive into our world of Formula 1 for us as drivers but also all the people evolving around Formula 1. So I’m sure people will like it, a great production and it’s kind of funny to also feature in a movie!”
Haas driver Esteban Ocon hailed Brad Pitt's character and said, "Honestly awesome. I’ve never seen such an image and how immersive it is when you are inside the car. Obviously I know it in reality but in the movie you can really feel the speed and the story is super entertaining, which was really fun to watch."
