Bengaluru Rains: Weather conditions for Southern states like Karnataka and Tamil Nadu are seemingly only deteriorating, as several parts of these states have received heavy rainfall since the last few hours. On October 14, it was the TN government that had to resort to immediate measures as several cities of the state, including Chennai, began to witness an alarming level of downpour. And now, the Karnataka government was compelled to follow suit as it released several orders to keep people safe amid heavy Bengaluru rains. As per reports, the government has issued orders for schools to remain closed. Companies have also been recommended to give their employees work from home.

For those not aware, Bengaluru has been reportedly witnessing heavily incessant rainfall since this morning, resulting in severely waterlogged streets. Several terrifying videos were also shared on social media, which went viral.

Amid all the chaos, netizens urged two-wheeler riders to avoid travelling, calling the roads unsafe. Taking to social media, here’s how people reacted to the city’s weather conditions…
