Viral Video: The internet is back with another video that surely belongs to the category of ‘things that should NOT be happening in public’. And judging by the way netizens reacted to it, absolutely no one was even surprised- that’s how common such bizarre incidents have become. Wondering what we are talking about? Well, a video recently began to do rounds on social media, where a couple was seen cuddling and sleeping with each other on a single berth in a train. It goes without saying that the level of PDA the two displayed, was far beyond what is mostly acceptable in a typical Indian society.
As soon as the clip was shared, people began to react. Many also raised questions about the ‘lack of consent’ the video had, as it was captured by a woman passenger who was sitting nearby. As the clip moved forward, a TTE was also seen trying to confront the duo. The date and the exact location of the incident could not be confirmed.
The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘HasnaZaruriHai’.

The video was shared yesterday and pulled 292K views from people. The video went viral soon after getting shared. Most people criticised the couple for the PDA in the train, while the rest demanded action. Some also raised questions about the girl recording the couple, as people pointed out that recording without consent is also considered a crime.
Taking to the comment box, people shared their take. “This arrangement should be there on every train,” a user said. “Are you guys seeing what kind of people live here? This needs to be thought about very deeply. Okay, people joke apart- first of all, recording people without their consent especially while they are intimate is not good. Secondly, why are they being so inappropriate in a public place,” added another.
“Dear railway minister, Is it safe travelling in Indian mail/ express trains for females, teenage girls, and others? by looking at this video?” added a third person. “I hope some action will be taken here. Beaucuse what even is this? Also, I’m glad that the TTE came and interrupted them, but shouldn't this be a basic etiquette to not do such things in public,” wrote another.
