Viral Video: Judging by the way some college students react, it seems like they often worry about attendance even more than their exams. Quarrelling about something similar, a teacher and a student reportedly in a Delhi University college, created a film-like drama when the teacher allegedly ended up biting the student’s hand. Yes! Imagine that. A video of the same was shared online, which went viral.

In the clip, the student was already triggered by a previous remark made by the teacher taunting his family and upbringing. As the clash continued to get intense, the teacher allegedly did the unexpected act. The date of the incident could not be confirmed. The viral video left people divided as some believed that the teacher was wrong, while the rest blamed the student for overacting in the first place.

The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘Arhant Shelby’. The post was reshared on the handle ‘Ghar ke kalesh’, with the caption, “Kalesh b/w a Lady Teacher and Student over an argument over The student approached her to get his attendance marked, and an argument started. She made a comment "kaise kaise ghar se aate hai" which triggered the student and Later she bit on his hand, DU.”

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “The kid was angry for the correct reasons. She should have not brought his family in the middle of taunting and the matter itself,” a user said. “Did she just bite him? For real? That could have been a problem for her if the kid had decided to take action against her. Also yes, taunting family was not required,” added a second person.

“Teacher is wrong here. Although, the student was triggered a lot to the point where he brought his mother. That was not needed,” wrote another. “Someone with a masked account posting this video and others rants about the incident without knowing anything about the parties involved or the issue at large, typically social media behaviour. Things aren't as clean as they seem to be. Saying this as a student of this institute,” pointed out another.
