Living Ram Lalla: A couple in West Begna made major headlines after they transformed a 9-year-old boy, using muke-up, into the ‘living embodiment’ of the much-preached Ram Lalla idol from Ayodhya’s Ram Temple. The duo, Ashish Kundu and Rudy, are both makeup artists and run a beauty parlour in Asansol. Whereas the young child, Abir De, hails from Asansol’s Mohisela area. Kundu, as per reports, always wanted to attempt something like this, ever since the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple took place in January this year. It took him a month to prepare everything, the result of which was a beautiful embodiment of Ram Lalla, where the artist surely aced every detail.

The couple immediately went viral and garnered all kinds of praise from people across the country. The pictures of the boy in Ram Lalla’s attire were shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘jitendrasaviral’. The post was captioned, “This couple from West Bengal molded their 9-year-old child into the idol of Ramlala. Ashish and Ruby Kundu together gave a wonderful look to the child. Ashish runs a beauty parlor with his wife Ruby.”

The rest lauded the details that the duo took care of while transforming the kid. The post was shared yesterday and pulled many views from people.

Talking to the internet, people shared their take. “For a moment, it seems like it's a statue, then the second picture makes it clear that he is a child,” a user said. “Why are you torturing children in the name of God? The kid somewhat looks uncomfortable. Regardless, the end result is beautiful,” said a second person.

“This is just beautiful. These are the kinds of things I like to see on the internet first thing in the morning. Also, the artists did a fabulous job for sure. It actually looks like the Ram Temple idol,” added a third user.

“I hope the kid is comfortable. Also, it looks so beautiful. Everything has been planned quite well, down to every detail,” said another.
