2024 Force Gurkha 5-Door And 3-Door Variants: Force Motors has launched the 2024 Gurkha models in the Indian market. 2024 Force Gurkha is available in two variants - a 5-door variant and a 3-door variant. The Force Gurkha 5-door variant has been launched in India at a price of Rs 18 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the Gurkha 3-door variant has been priced at Rs 16.75 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings for these off-road SUVs have commenced and you can book them by paying a token amount of Rs 25,000, with deliveries scheduled to begin in mid-May.

2024 Force Gurkha - Design 

Talking about the exterior design, the new Gurkha models come with significant updates, including refreshed styling at the front and rear, larger 18-inch alloy wheels and the introduction of a 5-door version. The 5-door variant features a longer wheelbase, making it more practical with a usable second row accessible through extra doors, along with a third row that gets two captain seats.

2024 Force Gurkha - Interior 

Moving inside the rugged SUVs, Force Motors has added a new 7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, bringing modern comfort features to the Gurkha. The 4WD system has been upgraded with a shift-on-fly rotor knob, replacing the previous manual lever setup. 

2024 Force Gurkha - Engine 

The most substantial change lies under the hood as the Force Gurkha is now equipped with an updated 2.6-litre turbocharged intercooled diesel engine. This engine churns a power output of 138 bhp and 320 Nm of torque, offering improved performance. Power is transmitted to all four wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox and the off-roader boasts a front and rear locking differential for enhanced traction.

2024 Force Gurkha - Rivals 

In terms of competition, the 2024 Force Gurkha directly rivals the Mahindra Thar 3-door and the Maruti Suzuki Jimny 5-door. However, it will soon face competition from the upcoming Mahindra Thar 5-door variant expected to launch in the Indian market later this year.
