Hyundai Creta

Toyota Innova Crysta 

Toyota Innova Crysta is a popular MPV model in India with its prices ranging between Rs 19.99 lakh and Rs 26.30 lakh (ex-showroom). Innova Crysta is powered by a 2.4-litre diesel engine that is capable of producing a power output of 150 bhp and 343 Nm of torque. 

Mahindra Thar 

Mahindra Thar is a leader in the off-road SUV segment that is priced between Rs 11.25 lakh and Rs 17.20 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. Talking about the engine specs, it sources its power from three engine alternatives, a 2-litre turbo-petrol engine or a 2.2-litre diesel engine or 1.5-litre diesel engine. All these three engines are tuned to generate a power output of 152 bhp/300 Nm of torque, 132 bhp/300 Nm of torque and 118 bhp/300 Nm of torque, respectively. 

Volkswagen Virtus 

Volkswagen Virtus is another segment leader in the sedan category while being one of the safest cars in the country. Virtus is available with its prices ranging between Rs 11.48 lakh and Rs 19.29 lakh (ex-showroom) in the country. In terms of engine, it is powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine and 1.5-litre petrol engine. Both engines are capable of producing a power output of 115 bhp/178 Nm and 150 bhp/250 Nm, respectively.

Talking about the engine specs, it gets two engine options - a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. In terms of power output and torque, both these engines produce 120 bhp/170 Nm of torque and 115 bhp/260 Nm of torque, respectively.
