Maybach GLS 600 Facelift Launched: German luxury manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has introduced the facelifted Maybach GLS 600 in India. It has been launched in India at a price of Rs 3.35 crore (ex-showroom). The Maybach GLS 600 facelift boasts subtle exterior updates, new interior trim and upholstery options, along with an upgraded 4.0-litre V8 engine.

Maybach GLS 600 Facelift - Design
Talking about its design, the Maybach GLS 600 facelift includes a slightly revised grille and a new bumper, with the air intake grilles featuring the Maybach logo pattern. The rear end now sports updated LED tail-lamp signatures and Maybach-specific tail pipes. Standard colour options for the GLS 600 include Black, Polar White and Silver Metallic, with dual-tone paint schemes available as additional options. The standard wheels are 22-inch multi-spoke designs, while classic 23-inch Maybach deep-dish monoblock wheels are optional.
Maybach GLS 600 Facelift - Interior and Features
Moving inside the Maybach GLS 600 facelift, interior updates are minimal but focus on new software and trim options. A redesigned steering wheel and revised AC vents accompany the latest generation of MBUX software, featuring new graphics, updated telematics, a fingerprint sensor and hand gestures for selective commands.
The rear seats in the Maybach GLS 600 remain a highlight, featuring a standard bench with ventilation, massage functions and the ability to recline up to 43.5 degrees. Additional rear seat amenities include an extendable leg rest, a central tablet on the fold-down armrest, twin rear 11.6-inch MBUX screens, a 590W Burmester 3D surround sound system, Maybach-specific ambient lighting, a Level 2 ADAS suite and Mercedes' Energising package.
Upholstery options include Nappa leather in black or dual-tone mahogany brown/macchiato beige. The dashboard is available in brown open-pore walnut wood trim or anthracite open-pore oak wood trim. Optional extras for a more luxurious experience include first-class lounge seats with a continuous centre console, a refrigerator compartment with Maybach-branded champagne flutes, a Manufaktur leather package and a gloss black dashboard finish with pinstripes.

Maybach GLS 600 Facelift - Powertrain and Performance
Talking about its powertrain, the Maybach GLS 600 facelift is powered by an AMG-sourced 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that delivers a power output of 557 bhp and 770 Nm of peak torque, an increase of 40Nm. The engine is supplemented by a 48V integrated starter generator, providing an additional boost of 22 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, power is sent to all four wheels through the 4Matic system. Mercedes claims a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 4.9 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h..
