MG Gloster Facelift: MG Motor India is gearing up to make a strong impact on the Indian market with its MG 2.0 strategy. The company has hinted at launching its third electric vehicle (EV), the Cloud EV, this year. Additionally, new spy shots of the upcoming MG Gloster facelift have surfaced online, indicating an imminent launch. This facelifted model is likely to bring significant design updates and minor interior changes.

MG Gloster Facelift - Design
Talking about its design, the MG Gloster facelift is set to feature a revamped front fascia with a prominent three-slat grille, displaying the MG logo. The headlights have been redesigned, featuring a cube-shaped split headlamp setup and the LED daytime running lights (DRLs) now seamlessly blend into the grille. The side profile of the MG Gloster facelift reveals the same alloy wheels as the current model, although a new set of alloys is expected to be introduced at launch. The rear of the SUV has been updated with revised LED tail lights connected by a light bar.
MG Gloster Facelift - Interior
Moving inside the 2024 MG Gloster facelift, it is anticipated to include a large touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, smartphone connectivity, ventilated and powered front seats, a wireless charger, a 360-degree surround camera and a panoramic sunroof. Additionally, the SUV will be equipped with a Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) suite.
MG Gloster Facelift - Engine
Talking about its powertrain, the upcoming Gloster facelift is likely to retain the existing engine option and will continue to be powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that churns out a power output of 213 bhp and 478 Nm of torque. This engine will be available in two variants: a turbocharged version and a twin-turbocharged version. It will be paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
