The German track ‘Automotive Testing Papenburg’ is where the Rimac Nevera set the record for the fastest production electric car in the world by reaching a top speed of 258 mph (415 kmph approx). Miro Zrnevi, the Rimac's Chief Test and Development Driver, made the record while driving the Nevera. The Nevera's record-breaking run was completed while mounted on Michelin Cup 2R tyres. The Nevera's highest speed is restricted to 219 mph when being used regularly, however, during customer events, clients can reach the full 258 mph top speed while being supervised by Rimac.

Rimac Nevera - Power

One of the most powerful road vehicles ever, the Rimac Nevera generates 1,914 bhp and 2,360 Nm of torque with its exceptional quad-motor electric drivetrain. With nearly 2,000 bhp, the Nevera outperforms even the mighty Bugatti Chiron's 1,500 bhp.

Rimac Nevera - Performance and Range

The Rimac comes equipped with a 120kWh battery and boasts a range of 304 miles after being fully charged. The Rimac Nevera reaches 0 to 60 mph in just 1.85 seconds. Mahindra Owned Pininfarina Battista

The Mahindra Group owns the Italian automotive brand Pininfarina, which develops the hypercar, Pininfarina Battista, which is based on the Rimac Nevera. Therefore, Rimac has been providing crucial parts like the carbon fibre monocoque, structural battery pack, and electric powertrain to the Italian comapny.

Even though the Rimac provides all the necessary components, the Pinnifarina's appearance is unique and possibly more attractive than the Nevera. The interior of the Rimac lacks distinctive elements and Italian flair. The Rimac Nevera is a game changer as it demonstrates that electric cars can outperform conventional supercars.
