Tesla Cybertruck Viral Video: The Tesla Cybertruck is one of the most popular pickup trucks in the world. The Tesla Cybertruck comes equipped with several advanced features, and often, people try to test these features. One such incident recently took place in Texas, America, where a Tesla Cybertruck owner tried to test the Wade Mode of the vehicle. The viral stunt ended with the owner arrested and an USD 80,000 pickup truck sinking in the Grapevine Lake.
Tesla Cybertruck: The Viral Video
A video of a person deliberately driving his Tesla Cybertruck inside Grapevine Lake was recently shared on the social media page X. The owner was trying to test the ‘Wade Mode’ off-road feature offered with the Tesla Cybertruck. The owner ended up sinking the Tesla Cybertruck in the lake. As per media reports, the Grapevine fire department reached the place of the incident and pulled the vehicle out of the water. The police arrested the owner for driving in a closed area and for not adhering to water safety regulations.
Tesla Cybertruck: What Is ‘Wade Mode’?
The ‘Wade Mode’ is an off-road setting of the Tesla Cybertruck, and it raises the suspension setup of the vehicle. It needs to be switched on by the driver manually. The ‘Wade mode’ enables the vehicle to crawl in shallow water. The Cybertruck has a water wading capacity of 815mm.

Tesla Cybertruck: Features And Range
Tesla Cybertruck gets a very unique and angular design, which differentiates it from other available EVs and pickup trucks. The electric pickup truck by Tesla provides a crisp performance as it does 0-60 mph in just 2.6 seconds. It also gets four-wheel steering, an all-wheel drive powertrain, doors without handles, and steer-by-wire technology, in addition to other features. The all-wheel drive variant can cover 500 Km, while the long-range model can cover up to 560 Km in a single charge.
